UK Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: July 2026
This statement is made pursuant to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Forge9X (PVT) Ltd (“Forge9X”, “we”, “us”) takes to help ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chains.
Our Organisation
Forge9X is a digital agency providing web development, artificial intelligence, mobile application, and digital marketing services, with offices in Chelmsford, United Kingdom, and Batticaloa, Sri Lanka. As a small business, our supply chain is limited, consisting primarily of software and cloud hosting providers, and occasional freelance contractors.
Our Commitment
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking, and we expect the same standard from any contractors, freelancers, and suppliers we work with.
Due Diligence
Before engaging any new supplier or contractor, we take reasonable steps to satisfy ourselves that they operate in a manner consistent with this statement. We review our internal practices on an ongoing basis to identify and mitigate any risk of modern slavery within our operations.
Employment Practices
Everyone who works with Forge9X, whether as an employee or contractor, does so on a voluntary basis and is fairly compensated in line with applicable employment law. We do not use forced, bonded, or child labour in any part of our business.
Training and Awareness
Our leadership team is responsible for maintaining awareness of modern slavery risks and for taking appropriate action should any concerns be identified.
Review
This statement will be reviewed and updated annually to reflect any changes in our business or supply chain.
