Corporate Compliance
Last updated: July 2026
Forge9X operates the following policies to help ensure we conduct our business ethically and responsibly, in a manner appropriate for a growing digital agency.
Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
This sets out our commitment to conducting business ethically, and the standard of conduct we expect from our team, contractors, and partners. Anyone with a concern about unethical behaviour, or a potential violation of this code, can raise it directly with our founders at hello@forge9x.co.uk.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption
Forge9X has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form. We are committed to complying with the UK Bribery Act 2010 wherever we do business, and we expect the same standard from our partners and suppliers.
Supplier Guidelines
We expect any supplier or contractor we work with to uphold fair labour practices, operate with honesty and transparency, and comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Equal Opportunity and Diversity
Forge9X is committed to a fair and inclusive workplace. We do not discriminate against any employee, contractor, or candidate on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Hiring, career development, and day-to-day decisions are based on merit and ability.
Modern Slavery
We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in our business or supply chain. Read our full Modern Slavery Statement.
Data Protection
Forge9X is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ref. CSN6873165. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
Review
These policies are reviewed periodically as our business grows, to make sure they continue to reflect how we actually operate.
