Service Refunds

We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with our AI tools, web development, mobile app development, or micro website services within 3 days of purchase, you may request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the service must not have been fully delivered or utilized.

Product Refunds

For digital products, including AI tools and software, we offer refunds within 3 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or used. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for a refund.

Project Cancellations

For ongoing web development, mobile app development, or micro website projects, cancellations are allowed within the first 3 days after the project begins. If you cancel a project after this period, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. Please contact our team to discuss your specific situation.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and products are non-refundable. These include:

• Personalized web or app development services
• Subscription-based services after the trial period
• Completed and delivered projects

Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
